We make the repair process easy from start to finish. Here’s what you can expect:
Submit Your Request
Fill out the service form and describe the issue. You’ll receive an email within 5 minutes with your RMA number, shipping instructions, and drop-off info (available only at 685 5th Ave, NYC).
Send or Drop Off Your Device
Use any prepaid shipping carrier of your choice. You’re responsible for shipping costs. We’ll confirm by email once your item arrives.
Free Inspection & Estimate
Our certified techs perform a full diagnostic — circuits, firmware, functionality, and more. We’ll email you a detailed estimate. If declined, a $25 return shipping fee applies.
Approve & Pay
Review the estimate and pay securely via the link we provide. No work begins until you approve.
Repair & Final Test
Repairs are completed using genuine DJI parts. Firmware updates, calibration, and test flights (if needed) are included. We’ll notify you once it’s ready.
Pickup or Delivery
Choose pickup at our NYC location or have your device shipped back with tracking. Your DJI gear returns fully tested and ready to fly.
