Returns Policy

Customers have 60 days from the date of purchase to return products in their original condition, including all accessories, packaging, and manuals, with matching serial numbers on the receipt, product, and packaging.

Digital assets like service plans (DJI Care Refresh, DJI Shield) and software licenses are excluded from returns.

A 20% restocking fee applies to items not in their original condition and is deducted from the refund, which will be processed using the original payment method. Sale item refunds are based on the paid price.

Returns require valid proof of purchase and can be initiated by visiting the original store of purchase.

Purchase limits may apply per person, household, or order for fair access.

Restrictions can affect orders from the same account or card, and those with identical billing/shipping details.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on altered, modified, or damaged items. Our return policy is subject to updates without prior notice.
