The DJI Ronin 2 Thumb Controller is designed for precise control of the Ronin 2 gimbal, allowing operators to manage the pan, tilt, and roll axes with ease. The controller connects via a communication cable to the 14.4V accessory power port on the Ronin 2, providing both power and control, as well as enabling firmware updates. It features three selectable profiles and gimbal modes to adapt to different shooting conditions and preferences. To enhance flexibility, the controller includes an adapter for attaching to a grip, bringing the controls within easy reach of the operator. For mounting onto a grip, an optional Ronin 2 Accessory Mount is required, providing additional versatility for handheld or more complex filming setups.
